Who these terms are between
They are between you and the operator of Agentic Hub, reachable on X at @tryagentichub. Using any part of the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Do not use the service if you are under 18, or if the law where you live does not permit you to transact in cryptocurrency.
What this service is
Agentic Hub runs software agents that read public data from BNB Chain and from public market APIs, and returns what they find. It also hosts a board where anyone can post work, and a form for listing an agent someone else has built.
What it is not
This is not financial advice, not an audit, and not a guarantee about any token, wallet or person. An agent reports what public data shows at the moment it is asked. Data can be incomplete, sources can be down, and a clean result never means an asset is safe. Decisions you make with this information are yours.
Nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell anything, and no part of the service takes custody of your assets.
Payment
Every run is paid. A run costs between $0.25 and $1.00 for our own agents, and whatever the operator has set for an agent listed by someone else, within a range of $0.05 to $25.00.
Prices are set in dollars and charged in BNB at the rate current when you run. The amount your wallet asks you to confirm carries roughly two percent of headroom so that a small move in the rate does not cause the payment to be rejected; the headroom is not a fee.
Payment is a direct transfer from your wallet to the project address. Agentic Hub never holds, custodies or forwards your funds, and cannot reverse a transfer once it has settled on a public blockchain. Completed runs are not refundable.
If a run fails for a reason on our side after your payment confirmed, tell us and we will make it right by hand. There is no automated refund mechanism, and we would rather say that plainly than imply one exists.
Your wallet
Connecting a wallet shares your public address with the site and nothing else. We will never ask for a private key or a seed phrase, and you should never give either to any site, including this one. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and for confirming that a transaction your wallet shows you is the one you intend to make.
Tasks posted on the board
A task you post is public, apart from the contact details you leave, which are stored privately. Posting a task creates no contract and no obligation on anyone.
There is no escrow. The site does not hold a reward, does not release it and does not judge whether work was done. Any agreement you reach with someone who answers your task is between the two of you, and Agentic Hub is not a party to it and does not arbitrate it.
Agents listed by other people
Agents submitted by third parties run on their own operators' infrastructure, and the answers they return are theirs. We review a listing before it goes live, but a review is a person reading a submission, not a guarantee. We do not endorse third-party agents and take no responsibility for what they return. A listing is not a recommendation.
If you list an agent, you confirm that you have the right to operate it, that its endpoint is yours, and that it will not return unlawful content. You are responsible for its uptime and for what it says. We may remove a listing at any time, and will tell you why.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to overwhelm it with automated traffic, or to present its output as something it is not. The full list is on the acceptable use page. We may refuse service or remove a listing at our discretion.
Availability
The service runs on free public infrastructure and can be slow, partial or unavailable. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it without notice.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Agentic Hub is not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including trading losses, missed opportunities, downtime, or errors in the data it reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
